Do you mean Yin, or Yang? Yang I could see, but Yin would be really annoying if you're trying to play Ammie. I guess you could just not use it if that's the case, though.
Actually that was the "first" use I thought of was for Ammies. You go fight something 25 times, put on the gloves, fight the same guy 25 times, take off the gloves, rinse wash repeat. No need to go find some other mob that has the exact opposite power stat, (quite difficult when the UA goes bonkers) Quite useful in farming without faction loss.
hmm. I thought I posted about wanting something like that in either Juggle's last iotm idea thread or ... some other iotm idea thread, and I think all anyone said is something about well, we have Ahlnudia...
I believe one of the ideas I put forth was a converter that would convert some yang to the yin a certain number of times a day at a loss... or somesuch. as well as just a general "something that helps manage yin would be nice"...
